Network Field Technician

Exciting position to travel and support the installation of systems and network equipment at various locations within Southwest Asia, to include Doha, Qatar, Kuwait, and Baharain in support of a DoD project. Position will be on TDY status with travel expenses paid by the project. Requires hands on knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, communications equipment and configurations including WiFi, LAN and firewall configurations; installation and trouble shooting of hardware and peripherals, expertise with Windows XP Operating system and Windows Server 2003. Must have excellent client communications to provide user assistance and training. Familiarity with applications and databases a plus. Requires bachelors degree in related field and 5 years of related hands on experience. Position is to provide temporary support in Southwest Asia through May 31st with possible extension to August if desired.
