This solution provides a proprietary BMC Remedy user authentication framework that integrates CAC authentication server to the BMC ARS system increasing security and enabling single-sign on to Remedy.
This solution takes advantage of the advanced identification model in all CAC systems to simultaneously log the user into the Remedy system once the CAC authentication is successful. This solution leverages our enterprise knowledge of the CAC authentication model and in-depth Remedy knowledge. While CAC has become the standard in user identification and authentication within the Department of Defense community, our patent pending solution also applies to HSPD-12 and FIPS 201 PIV Credentials and other secure ID smart cards that are currently in use throughout the federal government.
